Leading online gambling software and games developer Microgaming, has revealed that it will be releasing a new fortune-themed slot game titled Lucky Links.
Lucky Links Slot is a 5 reel and 20 pay line video slot that is played using a “win both ways” game engine. The new video slot also comes with the Lucky Links feature that sees matching symbols lock together to offer re-spins and possible bigger rewards. The slot can be played from between 10p and £250 per spin.
Symbols on the glossy reels of the Lucky Links video slot include a heart, a diamond, a club and a spade as well as 4 symbols that are even more closely related to the luck theme. These include 4-leaf clovers and acorns that pay up to double players’ stakes per pay line while the horse shoe and lucky 7 pay 2.5 and 3 times their bet for a 5-symbol combo.
The Lucky Links logo in the video slot awards players with 1, 2 or 7.5 times their bet by landing 3, 4 or 5 on a pay line. The “win both ways” game engine sees winning combinations created from right to left as well as left to right.
Players have a chance to increase their wins through the Lucky Links feature. One symbol is chosen at random and edged in gold at the start of each spin. Landing 2 matching edged symbols next to each other will link them together.
A re-spin follows these symbols and will continue as long as a new link is created. The more matching symbols in the link, the better the potential rewards will be.
