Microgaming is pleased to announce the release of a branded slot game titled ‘Love Island’ that has been developed in partnership with ITV Studios.
The new 5 reel, 3 row and 243 ways to win slot game is based on a love matching reality show where single women and men join an island hoping to find their soulmates.
Symbols on the reels of ‘Love Island’ include A, K, Q, J and 10 playing cards as well as the contestants from the reality show. The most lucrative symbols are the male and female contestants that rewards players with 25, 166.66 or 500 times their stake if 3, 4 or 5 land on a pay line.
Players are required to match identical symbols next to another from left to right on an active pay line, in order to create winning combos.
The Hot Zone feature is triggered when a player’s chosen islander and their date appear in the middle of reels 1 and 5. Players will be awarded a cash prize from 4x to 20x their stake as well as 10 Free Spins. However, landing their favorite islander with another opposite gender date in the Hot Zone will award them with only a cash prize.
A Wild symbol is presented with a couple hugging in front of the sunset, which expands on the middle reel vertically and doubles a player’s wins if forming part of a winning combo. The Wild also substitutes for all symbols bar the ones found in the Zone and creates its own combos.
