Playson, a leading Swedish casino provider, specifically in the online casino gaming and betting sector, has announced that it has released its latest slot game in its ‘Timeless Fruit Slots’ series, titled Phoenix Fire.
Stories of the legendary phoenix bird stretch all the way back to Greek mythology while it has also been spoken of in ancient Rome, as well as ancient Egypt as a symbol of royalty, resurrection and the sun itself.
The new 5 reel and 10 pay line, win both ways, Phoenix Fire slot game is playable on all devices from between 20p and £100 per spin.
Symbols on the plain black reels of the slot game include, in ascending order of value, plums, cherries, lemons and oranges which pay up to 3 times player’s stake for landing 5 on a pay line. The grapes and melons pay up to 5 times a player’s stake while the bell awards up to 10 times the stake.
The Lucky 7 is the best paying symbol which gives players 25 times their stake if they land 5 in combination.
The phoenix, which is the game’s Wild, can appear on the middle 3 reels only and expands to turn the entire reel wild whenever it hits. It also awards a re-spin with the expanded wild locking in place. The process is repeated if players land another phoenix on that re-spin. Players get a final re-spin if they fill all 3 central reels with Wilds.
The variance is in the medium to high range with maximum payouts of 679 times players’ stakes on every single spin/re-spin.
