A lucky UK-based player managed to hit the jackpot on Microgaming’s Major Millions progressive slot game that resulted in the punter taking home a massive win of €1,650,382.89.
The player, who wishes to remain anonymous, hit the jackpot within a month of registering at Spin Casino, winning the amount of €1,650,382.89 from a €3 wager. The winner will, as with all payouts on Microgaming’s progressive jackpot network, receive the prize as a lump sum and not in annuities.
A UK spokesperson at Spin Casino commented on the player’s huge win by saying that they are absolutely thrilled for their winner who has become a millionaire overnight.
The spokesperson went on to say that Major Millions has always been a popular game and they are delighted that the new five-reel version is proving similarly so with their customers.
The UK player’s win marks the third seven-figure jackpot generated on the Major Millions progressive slot game this year, following a win of €1,650,910.31 on 14th March and a €1,203,349.99 jackpot on 12th June.
