FSB Technology (UK) Ltd, a leading sportsbook platform, is pleased to announce that Garry Pattenden has been appointed as its new Operations Director, which sees its operational delivery team being bolstered in order to assist with the service of the ten new B2B licensees the firm signed last year.
Pattenden, who previously served as Commercial Director of mobile technology company Safari Mobile (UK) for more than a decade, will assume the role of Operations Director which oversees product delivery.
Included in Pattenden’s duties will be customer support, compliance, supplier contracts, payments, product specification, reporting, account management, QA acceptance as well as platform hosting.
The new Director joins FSB Technology with a wealth of global experience which includes periods employed at major Management and Operational Consultancies in Australia, the United States and Japan.
The Chief Executive and co-founder of FSN Tech, David McDowell, commented on Pattenden’s appointment by saying that he joins FSN Tech with vast experience and a proven record of driving internationalization in companies. McDowell went on to say that having signed 10 new customers across three continents during last year, this is clearly a critical area for their future success. He added that Pattenden will be a great addition to a fast-growing team.
Included in FSB Tech’s managed sports betting service is a proprietary live sports betting platform, real time algorithmic pricing models as well as sophisticated CRM tools for player segmentation and bonusing.
