Lightning Box, a Sydney-based game studio, has released a new wild sea fishing themed slot game titled ‘Extreme Fishing’ that is set against a coastal backdrop with hills on the horizon.
‘Extreme Fishing’ comes with 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 fixed pay lines and is payable from between 25p and £100 per spin on desktop, mobile or tablet devices.
Players create a win by landing 3, 4 or 5 matching symbols across a pay line from left to right and commencing from reel 1.
The new slot game has an RTP of 95.84% and has a high volatility. The most that players can win from a single spin is 1,500x their total stake.
Symbols on the reels include lower value Royals alongside a crab and a starfish. There are also 3 higher paying fish symbols that transform into Wilds in the Shark Attack. The bearded fisherman is the top standard symbol giving players an award equal to 20x their stake for landing 2, 3, 4 or 5 on a pay line.
The Shark Attack feature is triggered randomly on any spin with animated sharks swimming across the reels, gobbling up the 3 highest paying Fish symbols and turning them into Wild symbols for a single spin with the extra Wilds delivering lucrative rewards.
The Free Games feature is activated by landing 3, 4 or 5 Scatter symbols anywhere on the reels on the same spin, awarding players with 2, 10 or 500x their stake.
Landing 5 Green Swordfish symbols on the same spin during the Free Games feature will trigger the Fishing feature.
It is possible to land the Fishing feature multiple times from within a single Free Spins trigger.
