NetEnt’s progressive jackpot slot game, Mega Fortune, has once again let another player join the Millionaire’s Club by paying out the equivalent of €2.6 in prize money to a lucky punter in Sweden who managed to hit the jackpot on the slot game last week.
Mega Fortune is one of NetEnt’s most sought-after slot games and is playable at a multitude of online casinos that offer their software and games.
Andy Whitworth, the Chief Commercial Officer of NetEnt, commented on this latest win by saying that their global jackpot games are continuing to break records across the globe and they are proud to be able to bring such monumental wins to players through Mega Fortune.
Whitworth went on to say that they hope to continue raising the bar with even bigger jackpots in the future.
The Manager of the NetEnt-powered online casino where the life-changing jackpot was hit said that the pay-out smashed the operator’s previous jackpot record of almost €238,500, which was won a week before by another player in Stockholm when the game’s progressive Mega Jackpot landed.
Niklas Ortbrant, Head of Online Casino at Svenska Spel Sport & Casino, said that to break records twice in two weeks with such a significant jump from the second to first highest win is incredible and they cannot wait to see what the jackpot climbs to next time. He wished all the best to the lucky player and said that they hope they enjoy this life-changing sum.
