Microgaming powered online casinos now boast their latest rollout – the fun, animated video slot game, Tiki Vikings. The game was created exclusively for Microgaming by the independent games developer, Just for the Win. This developer has also created big names such as Rockabilly Wolves, Shogun of Time and Ruby Casino Queen.
The slot game carries a tropical party theme with a twist – think Hawaii-meets-Norse-mythology. The 20 line game is stacked with some delightful features, including a lock re-spin feature and the chance to earn extra spins through bonus features.
The chief executive officer for Just for the Win, Johan Persson, called Tiki Vikings a “wacky mashup”. He said that the studio’s team “had a blast” putting together a cast of grumpy but loveable Viking characters on the reels to bring players a fun and exciting gaming experience.
“They’re all fresh from an awesome tropical vacation, and they’ve brought the relaxed, sun-kissed Tiki vibes back home to the icy Scandinavian tundra”, he said. “Naturally, our bearded friends’ Hawaiian party keeps freezing in the frosty climate – luckily for players, that means the potential for big wins!” Also commenting was the director of global operations at Microgaming, James Buchanan, who praised Just for The Win for delivering yet another entertaining and highly original slot game. He said that Tiki Vikings slot merged two popular themes very well, providing players with a colorful base game and boosted with excellent bonus mechanics.
