The new Rise of Dead slot by the software group, Play ‘n Go pays homage to the ancient pharaohs of Ancient Egypt. On releasing the new slot, the group pointed out its attention to detail and historical accuracy. Rise of Dead focuses on real characters in Egyptian history and folklore, including the better known Ramses, but also Amenhotep and Thutmose, two leaders that we hear less about yet who played a vital role in the country’s ancient history.
“Egyptian history and mythology is a very popular subject matter, be it in films, TV or games,” said the CEO of Play ‘n Go, Johan Tornqvist. “We always aim not only to do justice to the source of our games inspiration but also to bring a different element to it, something that people may not be familiar with or haven’t seen before.”
“It’s this that separates our games from many others in the market at the moment and is a testament to the creativity of the company when it comes to creating entertainment.”
