A lucky player who hails from Lititz, Pennsylvania, managed to hit the progressive Mega Jackpot feature on the Divine Fortune slot game recently.
The player, who is only known as Andrew, won an amount of $278,430.23 with a $1 stake wagering on Divine Fortune at PlaySugarHouse.com, the online casino operated by Rush Street Interactive, the iGaming division of regional casino operator Rush Street Gaming.
Mattias Stetz, the Chief Operating Officer at Rush Street Interactive, commented on the player’s win by saying that during this very difficult and unprecedented period of time, while most are staying home, it is nice that they can provide another outlet for entertainment and a chance to win life changing jackpots.
Stetz also said that the latest Divine Fortune Jackpot win scored by a lucky player proves that ‘even with a small bet their players can win big’. He went on to say that they have seen ‘quite a surge in online casino play’ amid the Covid-19 outbreak and that they expect the growth to continue as Americans are ‘being asked to stay at home looking for ways to be entertained’.
The lucky winner revealed that his heart was pounding out of his chest when he saw the six-figure win.
Andrew’s win was the thirteenth Divine Fortune jackpot win recorded at PlaySugarHouse.com in Pennsylvania since the launch of the online casino operation in the Keystone State last summer.
Swedish online casino content creator NetEnt’s Divine Fortune is a 5×3 online slot with 20 fixed pay lines that was released in 2017 and is themed around the riches of ancient times.
