New York-listed Scientific Games and BoyleSports have upgraded the Irish bookmaker’s screen solution from legacy technology to Promote, the screen solution from the OpenEngage range of services offered under the supplier’s OpenSports platform.
The upgrade to Promote will see BoyleSports, Ireland’s largest bookmaker, receiving cutting-edge screen management solutions that enable them to present their sports betting data to punters in a smooth, savvy package.
BoyleSports launched Promote with a preferred few shops in November of last year, and with Scientific Games they aim to roll out entire upgrades across every BoyleSports property in Ireland and the UK. BoyleSports will also incorporate new betting shops with the upgraded screen solution.
Jenna Boyle, Group Retail Director at BoyleSports, commented that they have used the Scientific Games’ screen solution through its early development since 2001, which was a major factor in their decision to upgrade to their new Promote screen product.
Boyle also said that reality is crucial and Scientific Games, with its OpenSports product set offers a great history of performance alongside a futuristic approach to sports betting technology. She added that she cannot wait to see the ongoing reaction to their upgraded screen technology.
Keith O’Loughlin, Scientific Games Senior Vice President of Sportsbook and platforms for digital, said that Promote is the latest and greatest screen management technology on the market and they are thrilled to bring it to BoyleSports’ many locations across Ireland.
O’Loughlin added that BoyleSports has been a strong force in retail betting shops, providing the best experience for retail customers.
