Yggdrasil has widened its European reach with a new Serbian rollout alongside Admiral and a fresh Italian tie-up with Codere Italia, putting more of its slot catalogue in front of regulated-market players.
Serbia Adds Another Stop in Admiral Expansion
Yggdrasil has extended its partnership with Admiral into Serbia, giving the operator’s local customers access to more than 100 games from the supplier’s portfolio.
The launch covers a mix of Yggdrasil releases and titles from the YGG Masters programme, all delivered through the Bragg Gaming Group platform. Serbian players will be able to spin games such as Vikings Go Berzerk, Raptor 2 and Valley of the Gods.
For Yggdrasil, the Serbia move builds on earlier launches with Admiral in Croatia and Italy, turning the operator into one of the studio’s more active routes into regulated European markets.
Giovanni Fodera, Regional Manager at Yggdrasil, said the latest rollout was the natural next step after the momentum the two companies had already built elsewhere. In plain terms, this is the kind of deal players tend to notice quickly: more familiar titles, more fresh content, and fewer thin casino lobbies.
Admiral Looks to Strengthen Its Local Offering
Admiral Serbia framed the agreement as part of its effort to keep its online casino line-up competitive in a crowded market.
Bogdan Miladinovic, Head of Online Casino at Admiral Serbia, said the operator sees Yggdrasil as a proven supplier capable of helping it deliver a stronger player experience. That reads like standard executive language, but the practical effect is simple enough for customers: a broader slot mix from a studio that already has name recognition.
The partnership also adds another layer to Yggdrasil’s wider distribution strategy, which has leaned on platform relationships to move quickly across multiple territories.
Italian Growth Continues with Codere Italia
At the same time, Yggdrasil has also deepened its foothold in Italy through a new partnership with Codere Italia.
The agreement brings a selection of Yggdrasil’s better-known games to Codere’s Italian customers, including Easter Island, Golden Fish Tank and Arthur’s Fortune. Games from the YGG Masters network are part of the package too, giving Codere a wider content mix from day one.
For Codere, the timing matters. Italy is its first European market outside Spain, so the operator is clearly trying to avoid a soft opening with second-tier content. Bringing in a supplier with a recognised catalogue gives it a better shot at cutting through with players who already have plenty of choice.
Roberto Russo, Online Gaming Operations Director at Codere Italia, said selecting the right content partners was a priority for the company’s Italian debut and described Yggdrasil as a natural fit.
Microgame Helps Speed Up the Italian Rollout
The Italian launch has been made possible through Yggdrasil’s partnership with Microgame, which has become a useful shortcut for suppliers wanting access to the regulated market.
That setup allows Yggdrasil to plug into operator partners more quickly, rather than dragging every deal through a long and messy integration cycle. For players, that usually means new games arrive faster. For operators, it means less waiting around while rivals fill the gap.
Giovanni Foderá, Yggdrasil’s Client Success Manager for Italy, said the Codere agreement is another step forward for the supplier in the market and pointed to the Microgame integration as a key part of the rollout.
A Busy Stretch for Yggdrasil
Taken together, the Admiral Serbia launch and the Codere Italia deal show Yggdrasil doing what suppliers like to do when the map is favourable: stack distribution, deepen operator ties, and get more games live in regulated markets without too much drama.
There is also a wider backdrop here. Back in January, Vyking Chief Product Officer Florian Klimka described that company’s aggregation partnership with Yggdrasil as a boost for its content pipeline across Europe, Asia and Africa, with more integrations lined up for 2026.
