Kambi Group, a leading B2B provider of sports betting services to licensed B2C gaming operators, has announced that it has signed a deal that will see it provide its sportsbook products to leading Romanian operator Stanleybet Romania.
In terms of the agreement, Kambi Group will supply its award-winning Sportsbook betting service across Stanleybet Romania’s online and retail channels.
Stanleybet Romania launched in 2004 and is currently one of the largest sports betting operators in the regulated Romanian market with more than 300 shops and a growing online presence.
The deal comes after a comprehensive tender process, with Stanleybet Romania endeavoring to choose a trusted partner with the ability to provide a secure and high-quality sportsbook as well as the diverse capabilities required to succeed in the competitive local market.
Stanleybet Romania will initially shift its online customers to Kambi’s Sportsbook platform, which will be integrated into an Oryx Gaming player management system. It is expected that the migration and integration will be completed ahead of this summer’s football World Cup.
Stanleybet Romania will thereafter launch Kambi’s retail solution – adapted in partnership to ensure a smooth transition for Stanleybet Romania customers. The launch is expected to commence in the second quarter of next year.
