Leading online bookmaker Betway is thrilled to announce that it has entered into a deal that will see it become the official betting partner of Cricket West Indies (CWI), marking its first sponsorship in cricket.
In terms of the agreement signed by the parties, Betway will be granted brand exposure during all home series international matches until the end of next year, as well as promotion across Cricket West Indies’ website and social media channels as it continues to invest in international sports.
Betway’s Anthony Werkman commented on the sponsorship by saying that they are absolutely delighted to have partnered with Cricket West Indies which is known to be a passionate and world-renowned nation – as they make their first steps into the world of cricket.
Werkman went on to say that they are committed to partnering with a wide range of sports and are sure that this partnership will prove to be a successful one. He also said that they are eagerly looking forward to all the action.
Cricket West Indies’ Commercial and Marketing Director, Dominic Warne, added that they are really pleased to announce this partnership with Betway and their major investment into international cricket such is their profile and international customer base.
Warne went on to say that this new partnership will enable further investment in their cricket programs at every level, including the education of professional cricketers as they build their careers at home in the Caribbean as well as on the global stage.
