Casino gaming group Betsson, is thrilled to announce that the Betsson Group of sports betting and casino gaming sites, has entered into a sponsorship deal with the Alfa Romeo Racing F1 team, in terms of which it has become the group’s ‘Exclusive European Betting Partner’.
As the Alfa Romeo Racing Team’s Official European Betting Partner, the Swedish company will promote a number of brands, including major group brands such as Betsson, Betsafe and StarCasino.
The multi-brand deal launched with the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona on Sunday, 12th May 2019, with the Betsafe brand featured on the Alfa Romeo Racing car.
Betsson Group brands will not only use the sponsorship for branding rights, but will also create exclusive and innovative content, while offering fans bespoke betting offers and money-can’t –buy experiences.
Jesper Svensson, Chief Executive Officer at Betsson Group, commented that Betsson Group has a long history in racing and that it is part of their DNA. He added that they are absolutely delighted to have progressed this deal to take their spot on the Formula 1 starting grid with Alfa Romeo Racing.
Fredric Vasseur, Team Principal at Alfa Romeo Racing and Chief Executive Officer at Sauber Motorsport AG, said that Betsson compete in a playing field where one is constantly challenged, where the competition tries as hard as one does to win and to be the best in the world. He added that is very similar to what they are trying to achieve at Alfa Romeo Racing and they are confident that they will have a successful collaboration which will support them in their mission of fighting for ambitious results in 2019.
