Metric Gaming, a leading sports betting technology and services specialist is pleased to announce that it will be working with Russia-based Sportbet that will see it enhance its sportsbook offering.
Metric Gaming will provide Sportbet with its SuperLive as well as all traditional pre-game sportsbook content.
Metric Gaming will initially integrate the enhanced service offering across Sportbet’s retail shops and it is hoped that it will be live by the end of the year. Once Russia’s new internet gaming regulations become operational it will be followed by an online launch.
Alexander Astapov, the Chief Operating Officer at Sportbet, commented on the deal by saying that this is a very exciting period for Sportbet and that thanks to Russia’s new regulations, they will soon be entering the online betting space. He also said that they naturally wanted the best technology for this new venture.
Astapov went on to say that Metric Gaming was the right partner to ensure that they provide their customers with a first class betting experience.
The Chairman of Metric Gaming, Peter Bertilsson, added that Sportbet is an important partner for Metric Gaming as they continue to expand into regulated markets. He also said that they are very proud to have been recognized for the broad appeal of their platform technology and they are eagerly looking forward to bringing the latest in betting entertainment to a new jurisdiction with such a well-established name in Russian gaming.
