Scientific Games Corporation has completed its previously announced acquisition of Don Best Sports Corporation and DBS Canada Corporation, that will see its sports betting portfolio and managed trading services being enriched with real-time data and pricing resources.
The addition of Don Best’s trading and pricing proficiency to its OpenBet product suite will see Scientific Games providing an incomparable extensive portfolio of sportsbook technology.
The acquisition follows the effective formation and launch of SG Digital’s Sportsbook Operations service, which delivers marketing, trading and product management services to customers. The Don Best team will supply world-class betting and pricing services together with valuable real-time event data solutions.
Benjie Cherniak will head up the team as Managing Director. For the past decade, Benjie has spent building the organization’s noteworthy sports information, live pricing and date integrity divisions. Benjie is a leading voice in the developing U.S. sports betting industry and will report directly to Keith O’Loughlin, SG Digital’s SVP Sportsbook.
