SOFTSWISS has rolled out Tournaments Report and Instant Tournaments, giving casino operators a cleaner view of campaign performance and a quicker-fire format built around speed, pressure, and fast wins.
Tournaments Report Puts Campaign Data in One Place
SOFTSWISS has introduced two new features for its Game Aggregator back office, with both aimed at making tournament campaigns easier to run and easier to measure.
The first, Tournaments Report, pulls core campaign metrics into a single dashboard so operators can review results without hopping between tools. That includes comparing tournament formats, tracking player activity, and spotting which setups are producing the best GGR.
The feature also breaks down performance by currency, giving operators a better read on how tournaments are landing across regulated markets. On top of that, teams can see which games and providers are delivering the strongest results, which should make future campaign planning a lot less guesswork-heavy.
For operators, that matters because tournament promos are only useful if they move the needle. A flashy leaderboard is nice, but clear data on what keeps players active is what actually helps shape the next campaign.
Khoren Ispiryan, Senior Business Development Manager at SOFTSWISS, said: “Tournaments are one of the strongest engagement tools we offer, but running them well means knowing exactly what each campaign delivers.”
He added: “In our Tournaments Report feature, we focused on complete performance visibility. Teams can quickly see which tournament formats actually drive engagement and revenue to use that insight right away.”
Instant Tournaments Shift the Focus to Speed
The second launch, Instant Tournaments, takes a different route. Instead of players building points over a set period, they race to hit a target multiplier first.
Operators choose the target multiplier and the number of winning spots, while a live progress ruler shows how the contest is unfolding in real time. There is also room for consolation prizes, which could help keep more players involved even after the top spots start disappearing.
Once all winning positions are filled, the tournament ends automatically. That gives the format a sharper edge and adds a bit more urgency than the standard grind-it-out leaderboard setup.
For players, it is a simpler pitch too. Get there first, win fast, move on. In a market full of mechanics competing for attention, that kind of clarity can go a long way.
Another Fresh Product Push From SOFTSWISS
The update lands as SOFTSWISS keeps adding new tools across its wider product suite.
The company recently launched its Prediction Markets Platform, a fixed-odds product that lets operators offer event-based wagering tied to areas such as politics, the economy, and technology.
Earlier in April, it also introduced Motion, a no-code workflow automation tool for its Casino Platform. The product is designed to cut down reliance on technical teams by letting operators automate jobs such as bonus issuance, segmentation, and player tagging.
Suren Vardanyan, Head of Sales for the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, said Motion helps tackle a common pain point for operators by reducing delays tied to everyday CRM execution.
Taken together, the latest launches suggest SOFTSWISS is pushing hard on two fronts at once: giving operators more control behind the scenes and giving players more reasons to stay engaged on the front end.
