SOFTSWISS has upgraded its casino platform with a standalone segmentation tool built to help operators target players faster and with less manual tinkering.
Player Targeting Gets a Sharper Edge
SOFTSWISS has expanded its casino platform with a segmentation feature designed to group players for personalised campaigns, automated actions and better engagement. According to the company, 99.5% of player events are delivered in real time based on internal data, which means operators can react while a player’s behaviour is still fresh rather than three cups of coffee too late.
The tool allows brands to build dynamic player groups that update automatically as behaviour changes. For operators, that can mean fewer static lists and less manual recalculation. For players, it likely means more relevant bonuses, tournament invites and offers, though whether that is a blessing or a fresh temptation depends on the inbox.
What Operators Can Segment
Operators can create player groups using data points such as deposit activity, betting behaviour, loyalty status, tags, payment methods and sportsbook activity. Multiple filters can also be combined, giving casino teams more precise audiences for retention and engagement campaigns.
The feature can be used across bonus campaigns, tournaments, lotteries, referral systems, payment scenarios, motion automation workflows and sportsbook tools. That makes it less of a bolt-on gadget and more of a control panel for operators trying to speak to different player types without blasting everyone with the same offer.
Tournaments Stay in the Spotlight
The launch follows earlier SOFTSWISS updates to its Game Aggregator, including Tournaments Report and Instant Tournaments. Tournaments Report puts campaign metrics into one view, while Instant Tournaments lets players race to hit a target multiplier rather than collect points over time.
For online casino players, the direction of travel is clear: campaigns are becoming more tailored, faster and more data-led. That could make promos feel more relevant, but it also means players should keep a sharper eye on bonus terms, wagering rules and how often those “perfectly timed” offers land.
